Brian Andrew Tully is the Founder and President of The ElderCare Resource Center, Inc., a unique professional setting where seniors and their caregivers can review over 200 books, brochures and pamphlets on senior issues. Brian is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and focuses his law practice on Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid Benefits and Asset Protection. His practice also encompasses the areas of probate and estate litigation and he is the Long Island Counsel to Pierro & Associates, LLP, New York's premier Estate Planning and Elder Law Firm.
His professional memberships include the New York State, Suffolk and Nassau County Bar Associations and their Estate and Tax Planning and Elder Law Committees and the American Bar Association's Estate Planning Committee. Brian is also a participating member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Suffolk County Estate Planning Council, the American Society on Aging, the Nursing Home Community Coalition of New York State (NHCCNYS) and the Friends and Relatives of Institutionalized Aged (FRIA). In addition, he is a Registered Advocate for the Arthritis Foundation and the Alzheimer's Association. Brian has also recently been recognized as an "Honored Member" of America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals for 2003/2004. He is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and has obtained certification by the Corporation for Long Term Care (CLTC).
Brian has lectured to public, corporate, human service and professional organizations on the benefits of estate and long term care planning and he has been interviewed by News 12 Long Island to discuss Elder Care issues.
